With the escalation of violence in the workplace, this training is necessary for anyone working with the public. Skills in de-escalation of potential violence and proven methods of management of aggressive behavior are presented. Certificates of completion will be awarded at the end of training.

Cost is $25 for Admission and $35 for those seeking 6 Hours CEU Credit for Social Workers. Cash and check accepted at the door.
