Renewal Credit Approval Procedures
- Educator completes activities aligned with their professional growth plan, the school’s goals, or the improvement of their employment position’s functions.
- Educator obtains appropriate verification documentation as specified in the Renewal Credit Matrix or by the Renewal Coordinator when the activity was approved.
- After earning 120 renewal credits, the educator completes the Renewal Computation Sheet and attaches all verification forms and documentation.
- The Renewal Computation Sheet and required documentation are submitted to the Renewal Coordinator.
- The Renewal Coordinator will review the educator’s documentation and sign the Renewal Computation Sheet if all listed activities are approved for renewal credit.
- The Renewal Coordinator will submit the signed Renewal Computation Sheet to the Office of Educator Services’ Renewal Coordinator for processing.
