Application Deadlines

The MBA has rolling admissions; therefore, students wishing to begin the program during any of the six terms* available during an academic year, should submit a completed application at least two weeks before the term start date. Those applications received inside of two weeks before the term start date may be delayed acceptance until the next term.
*Please check the academic calendar for specific term start dates.

Each applicant must provide the following to be considered for admission into Master of Business Administration program:

  1.  All official college transcripts; must show an earned bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and/or another graduate degree earned from a regionally accredited college or university.
    • Applicants who do not have an undergraduate business degree will be considered for conditional acceptance and are required to take BA500 Foundations in Business.
    • Applicants who do not meet the minimum GPA requirement are welcome to apply and may be asked for additional materials to be considered for conditional acceptance.
    • If applicable, your foreign transcript must be sent through World Education Services or International Education Evaluations for evaluation.
  2. Current/Updated Resume to include any supervisor/management experience.
  3. The GRE or GMAT is not required for admission.
  4. Students whose native language is not English must submit scores from either IELTS or TOEFL iBT. A score of 6.0 or higher is required for the IELTS. A score of 79 or higher is required for TOEFL iBT. This requirement may be waived if the student provides evidence of having completed an accredited ESL program or holds a degree from an accredited United States college or university.

If applicable, your foreign transcript must be sent to Limestone through one of the credit evaluation agencies listed on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) page. While Limestone does accept transcript evaluations from any organizations listed on the NACES page, the University’s preferred credit evaluation agencies are International Education Evaluations or World Education Services.
