To create a helpdesk ticket, you have 3 options.

  1. Enter a ticket on the Helpdesk portal at limestone.edu/ITHelp
  2. To call from off campus and speak with a helpdesk attendee during work hours.
    Phone: (864)-488-4032
    If you are calling from on campus, please dial extension 4357 (H-E-L-P).
  3. Email with as much detail as possible, and a ticket will be automatically created. One of our technicians will reach out to you.
    Email: helpdesk@limestone.edu Include the following information.
    1. Your name
    2. Limestone ID number
    3. Phone number or email address
    4. Detailed description of the issue

I can't login to Canvas.

  1. Make sure you are using all lower-case letters in the username.
  2. Don’t use @limestone.edu in your username.
  3. Every 180 days you need to reset your password, have you reset your password through outlook?

I have a Chromebook and I can’t install Respondus.

You need to install the Chromebook extension. To do so Use the regular LockDown Browser installation link within your course. The LockDown Browser installation link will direct students to the Chrome web store, at which point they should select “add to Chrome” to install the LockDown Browser extension.

  1. Delete the lockdown browser and reinstall it. Reboot your device.

  1. Test your network speed at speedtest.net if it is slow connect to a different network.
  2. Clear your cache and cookies on your browser and reload the page.
  3. Make sure your computer and browser are updated to the most recent version
  4. Try loading Canvas on a different device.

I am enrolled in classes but cannot see them on Canvas.
