Limestone College Online Program Associate's Degree Recognized Nationally

A nationally-known website has placed Limestone College on its 2019 list of the “30 Fastest Online Associate Degrees In Business Management.”

Limestone was the only institution from South Carolina to make the list recently published by BusinessManagementDegree.net. The website determined its Top 30 ranking by gathering information provided by the National Center for Education Statistics. The top features used to determine the list included the quality of academic instruction, accreditation, and ease of access to course materials through the online learning platform.

The website explained that “Limestone College offers students online degree programs, including an Associate Degree in Business. These classes are designed in an eight-week terms format with six terms per year. Students generally take two courses per term earning up to 36 credits per year. The cources are 100 percent online, which makes it easier for students who are not able to avail the on-campus programs in their area. These courses are readily available online with the same type of quality education as their traditional campus experience, which makes a student’s life easier in pursuing an education with a busy lifestyle.”

Last fall, it was announced that Limestone was again named among the best in South Carolina for an online education. BestColleges.com placed Limestone on its Top 15 list of Best Online Colleges in the state for 2018. The website noted that in addition to offering evening classes in six different convenient locations throughout the state, the College offers degree plans online in various disciplines at varying levels. Associate degrees can be earned in business administration, computer science programming, and web development, while those interested in a Bachelor’s degree can choose over 10 different areas of study.

Limestone is a consistent leader in delivering quality online degree programs and was ranked earlier this academic year as one of the 20 Best Online Associate of Business Administration Degree Programs, the 100 Best Online Colleges in the nation, and the 10 Best Online Bachelor’s in Computer Programming Programs.
