Limestone Students Currently Interning With Diamond Resorts

Limestone College currently has 13 students interning with Diamond Resorts in Orlando this summer.

Seen here is Limestone Associate Professor of Sport Management Dr. Jaime Orejan visiting with two of his students taking part in the internship, Daniel Bland (left) and Courtney Lafler.

Bland is working with the Diamond Resorts Corporate Sales team, while Lafler is working with the Diamond Resorts staff assisting with the LPGA Tournament of Champions.

Diamond Resorts is a global leader in the hospitality, vacation ownership, and entertainment industries.

The student interns, who are either in their junior or senior years, can gain experience in a number of different areas, such as quality assurance, sales, human resources and global support, among others.

Successful completion of the internship will not only earn students a full semester’s worth of credits, they will also be guaranteed a position with Diamond Resorts after graduation.
