Limestone's Mara Jennings Finalist In Singer/Songwriter Competition On April 7

Limestone College sophomore Mara Jennings is one of six finalists who have been selected to participate in the 1BluestringHubCity concert finale on Friday, April 7, at 7 p.m.

The singer/songwriter competition is being held to benefit SAFE Homes-Rape Crisis Coalition.

The finale will take place in Spartanburg at the USC Upstate University Readiness Center. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $6 each.

Joining Jennings as finalists are Joseph Holder, Moses McCord, Carly Keiser Pantoja, Jonathan Smith, and Mary Stork. Along with a panel of judges, the audience members will also be voting.

A Music Education major from Forest City, NC, Jennings sings with Limestone’s Chorus and Vocal Ensemble.
