Paula Richards, a former executive assistant and office manager for a local hospital system, has been selected as Limestone College’s new Alumni Coordinator.
Hired in September of 2015, Richards is responsible for building relationships, coordinating events, and communicating with Limestone’s more than 20,000 living alumni.
The Limestone alumna and Gaffney native comes to the College from Mary Black Gaffney Medical Center.
Richards plays a pivotal role in supporting and collaboratively working with the Alumni, Development, and Communications staff to support fundraising and alumni relations, according to Kelly Curtis, Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
“We are thrilled to welcome Paula to our staff,” Curtis said. “Limestone’s large and vibrant alumni community has vast potential to effect positive change here. Paula will act as a catalyst by helping members connect and engage with each other and their alma mater. She is here to let our alumni know that there are many ways to get involved with a place that was so special to them as students.”
Richards graduated from Limestone in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Administration.
