Mathews, N.C.- Men's Soccer took down Mars Hill in the South Atlantic Conference Semifinals 4-2. The Saints controlled the ball for most of the game, however Mars Hill's strong offense did not let up through the match. Gaffney, SC- Men's basketball took care of the business at home with an 85-74 victory over Southern Wesleyan. It was a great out of conference match up played in Timken Center moving the men's record to (2-1, SAC 0-0).
Gaffney, SC - Women's Basketball team caught fire on Wednesday night, putting over 100 points on the board for the first time since December of 2022. Limestone led for the entire game, SWU's defense had no answer to the Saints' hot shooting as the game ended with a score of 101-69. Limestone rises to (3-0, SAC 0-0), Southern Wesleyan falls to (0-3, CC 0-0).
Emmanuel, G.A.-The Limestone University wrestling team traveled to Emmanuel to take on the Lions. The Saints lost the match 36-10. Limestone falls to (1-1, 1-1 CC) Emmanuel stands at (1-1, 1-1 CC)
Gaffney, S.C.- Volleyball returned home for a South Atlantic Conference match against Carson-Newman. The Saints dropped a set early, then dominated the rest of the game. The Saints stand at (7-14, 6-12 SAC) and Carson-Newman sits at (16-9, 12-5 SAC).

Spartanburg, SC- Limestone men's Cross country competed in this year's 2024 NCAA Division 2 Southeast Championship 10k. The race occurred in Milliken Research Park with Wingate taking the men's regional. Xander Love was the only participant.

Hickory, NC- Women's soccer fought hard to the last minute however fell short to #15 Lenoir-Rhyne in a South Atlantic Conference Quarterfinal 1-0. Limestone ends their season with a record of (5-8-3, SAC 4-5-2) as the Bears move onto the Semifinals with a record of (11-1-5, SAC 7-0-3).
Limestone's offense turned up the heat as they put 5 on the board in the opening round of playoffs.
Footballs offense was untouched by the Barton as the team collected 476 yards of total offense in their Saturday victory.
Wise, VA- Volleyball traveled to UVA-Wise for a South Atlantic Conference match, falling 1-3 against the Cavaliers on the road. The Saints battled in all four sets but came up short. The Saints record after the loss stands at (6-14, 5-12 SAC) UVA Wise sits at (11-14, 5-11 SAC).
Gaffney, SC- Men's basketball opened the season in a battle to the end and fell short against #9 North Georgia in a Conference Challenge Crossover 87-76. Limestone led for most of the game however North Georgia's strong offense kept on the attack and came out ahead. Limestone falls to (0-1, SAC 0-0) North Georgia improves to (3-0,0-0)
Newberry, SC- Field Hockey took down Wingate in a South Atlantic Conference Quarterfinal 1-0. The Saints scored in the first quarter and held on to the lead as both teams battled it out with strong defense on both ends. Limestone moves on to the finals against Mount Olive on Sunday.
Emory, VA—Limestone wrestling headed to Emory and Henry to take on the Wasps at the John Rutledge Center. The team dominated by only dropping four of the matches, and came away with a 34-17 win. Limestone moves to (1-0) in the conference and overall. Emory and Henry stand at (0-1) overall and in the conference.
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its annual field hockey awards on Thursday (Nov. 7). Wingate's Rylie Cordrey earned Offensive Player of the Year and teammate Audra Szymborski garnered Defensive Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year honors. Newberry's Hannah Dave was awarded the Coach of the Year honors.
