Saints Field Upgrades Will Benefit Hundreds Of Limestone Students

Thanks entirely to the contributions of donors who designated their investments in Limestone University for the specific project, the artificial turf at Saints Field is currently being replaced and will be ready for the upcoming Fall 2023 semester.

The new turf is now being installed and more lines, logos, and branding will be added in the coming days and weeks.

The field is home to six intercollegiate teams at Limestone -- including three for men and three for women: football, lacrosse, soccer, and field hockey.

Saints Field will also bring in even more tourism to the area when it hosts the NCAA Division II Field Hockey Final Four Tournament and National Championship Game in 2024.

The new and improved synthetic turf will provide greater safety for the 500-plus Limestone student-athletes who practice and play their home games on Saints Field.
